Crown moulding is a piece of decorative wood, resin, or moulded foam which defines the space at the corner between a wall and the ceiling above it. It is installed at an angle joining a wall to the ceiling. Occasionally, crown moulding is needed to cover a bad ceiling joint, but generally crown moulding is a classic decorative element. 		baseboard

This moulding is installed at the bottom of a wall against the flooring to cover the gap between the two surfaces. Baseboards are a protective, as well as a decorative board fastened over the edge of a floor where it meets the wall. When baseboard installation is attempted by an amateur or do-it-yourselfer there is always an uneven joining. Laminate flooring is a man made material made to look like real wood or natural stone. The fact that it is manufactured makes it a very durable and a well-priced flooring option for consumers. Most laminate products consist of an HDF (High Density Fiber Board Core) and a melamine veneer design layer. This design layer is a picture made to look like wood or tile. These components are pressed together and covered with a very strong transparent and protective layer.
